January 1, 2008: Welcome to the New Year: So it's 2008, and another
year has passed us by. It's a few months until the snow melts so I can
get my SB back on the road again, so what to do until then? Well I'd
love it if "you" would get more involved with our two web
sites. Every month I change the features, review products, update images
so that "you" can enjoy them. I'm lucky to have people like
Rick Higgens, Lois Grace, Ryan Ballou, Loren Knapp and Daniel Mosher
that contribute content, but we need more. We need more Beetles, Buses,
Dune Buggies, Karmann Ghias to feature. We will post pictures and the
story of your Volkswagen, regardless of the condition (because we love
them all) for the world to see. Try getting your daily driver or project
VW into a magazine, it's not easy. We need people like "you"
to send in pictures and coverage of your local VW event, send DIY articles
for the Idle Chatter section, or pictures for the desktop image, anything
that you can send us will help to keep our web sites running strong.
