My Beetle was repainted the original Gold colour fourteen years ago and still looks like new. It was a painstaking job that took the entire winter. In the spring I had the car transported to my house on a flatbed trailer. I slowly put it back together again and replaced the tail lights, turn signals, door seals, hood and trunk seals and the seals around the glass. I had both bumpers re-chromed so they really look amazing with the new paint.
