Dad's 1968 Beetle & Matt's 1972 Super Beetle

This is my dad's 68 Beetle Automatic totally restored. He bought it for $5,000. He bought his in Jefferson City Missouri (that is where we live) Mine is a 72 Super Beetle with sunroof option. I paid $1750.00 for it. I bought it at a car lot in a little hick town about an hour south from here called Lauri Missouri. The owner of the car lot was selling it for his friend. It's a tiny town. Maybe 200 people. I heard about the Beetle from some friends of mine that live near Lauri. They knew I was wanting to buy a bug. It needs a little work such as new running boards, some holes patched in the quarter panels, new seals, door panels and headliner. Eventually I will replace all of that when I get some cash. Until then I'll keep on Bugin. Later
