Glen's 1971 Beetle

The 1971 VW Beetle tow truck pictured was listed on e-bay, and my wife being the persistent person she is, bid on it and won the bid. She called me at work to congratulate me on being the owner of a "Bug tow truck" when she knew her bid was the top one. I wasn't sure at that time that this was a good idea, but, however, made arrangements to go to the U.S. and pick it up with the help of a friend. It was painted red, and definitely needed some TLC, which over the next 16 months we accomplished.
